Shake well before each use. Apply liberally to clean skin, rub well. People who are deficient in magnesium may experience itchiness after initial use and until magnesium levels are up to normal. Avoid contact with the eyes. Rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes if desired.

Can be used as spray deodorant. Do not apply on irritated skin (e.g. immediately after shaving).
