I got this to test before potentially passing it on to a family member who suffers from arthritis in his knee. I had been having some minor pain in one of my knuckles and decided to use the Cayenne Pain Relief Salve on it to see how well it worked. WOW! I only needed to use a small amount every few days, as the pain would stay gone for extended periods, even after washing my hands or showering. I have now passed that jar along to my family member, from whom I'm eagerly waiting to hear back. In the meantime, I'm considering buying another jar to have on hand for myself again!
